Our system can send reports and screenshots to various API endpoints. Note that these endpoints are controlled by their respective owners, which means that not all of our features are applicable to all the APIs. Some endpoints don’t support saving images or sending reports from WebGL builds. See below for an overview.
If an endpoint does not support saving images, our system can send the images to another endpoint and save a link to the image in the respective system. So for example, if you’re using Notion for your project management (which doesn’t support image upload through the API), our system can upload the image to discord instead and a link to the image will be added to your Notion tickets.
It’s also possible to send a link to the ticket that has been created to other endpoints. For example, you can create a Jira ticket and then send a message to Discord that includes the link to the Jira ticket. To enable this behavior, set up multiple endpoints in the settings, the system will take care of the rest.
Overview of API Endpoints
- Image upload: this endpoint supports uploading images
- Image sharing: this endpoint supports uploading images and sharing their links with other endpoints
- Ticket sharing: this endpoint supports creating a ticket and sharing the link with other endpoints (i.e. create a ticket on Trello and share the link on Discord)
- WebGL support: this endpoint works in WebGL builds (WebGL builds will not crash, but will throw warnings when trying to send to these endpoints). We’re currently evaluating which endpoints are supported in WebGL.
